All Lgv / Hgv drivers holding a C1, C1+E, C, C+E and who drive for hire or reward will have to complete
35hrs of compulsory CPC driver training before September 2014. There are very few exemptions so
now is the time to start your courses. This legislation came into force at the start of September 2009 yet drivers
are still under the impression that this legislation will be revoked, IT WILL NOT BE REVOKED.
